Control Cabinet Construction with CKO
For our control cabinets, we rely exclusively on high-quality components from renowned manufacturers and work according to the latest standards. Of course, this also means that we take standards and specifications into account and test every control cabinet before it leaves our assembly hall and expands your operations.
Controls and Programming
We work with Siemens control systems in the electrical design of our switchgear. Our IT specialists can also take over the PLC (SPS) programming on request. We also use the LabVIEW system development software from National Instruments. The graphical programming system visualises all components of your system, for example the configuration of the hardware as well as test and measurement data. LabVIEW can be used to programme individual user interfaces and develop algorithms for data analysis for system management.

Digitalised Database with EPLAN
We support you in hardware planning for control and automation technology. To minimise costs and eliminate wiring errors, we create design instructions for control cabinet construction and installation using EPLAN electric P8® software. In addition to circuit diagrams and assembly layout, these instructions also include parts and order lists for material procurement. In this way, control cabinets and system elements can be replicated 1:1.
A structured database is essential in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering. Projects and project elements can be reconstructed and adapted cost-effectively with EPLAN. We use EPLAN ProPanel® to create 3D layout plans for you, providing you with well thought-out electrical documentation in line with industrial standards.
We take on projects that are still in the planning phase as well as retrofits and modernisations of existing systems. We convert circuit diagrams from other planning systems to EPLAN or digitise your entire electrical documentation if this was previously only done on paper or in Excel spreadsheets.
