Our Service and Support
In the field of leak testing, flow testing and leakage testing
Pressure and leak tests have always been part of our core business. Our work is based on two pillars that give us a decisive advantage: We not only sell test equipment and test benches, we also use the technology ourselves. As both manufacturers and users, we know exactly what we are talking about.
With our many years of practical experience, we are continuously improving our products. This applies equally to the use of the latest technologies and to the productivity and efficiency of our complete test benches.
Standardised Pressure and Leak Tests

Would you like to subject your products to a standardised pressure or leak test as a series part or individual item? We are happy to do this for you!
After consultation, you deliver the test parts to us and receive them back quickly and reliably with certified test results.
On request, we will present you with possible and necessary test procedures to suit your intended use and advise you on internationally applicable standards and requirements.
Feasibility Check and Concept Development
We create a customised testing concept for your production. This includes the following services:
- clarification of requirements and ensuring technical feasibility
- estimating the requirements for the measuring range and resolution of the testing device
- selection of a suitable test method and a suitable test device
- determination of the test parameters (theoretical)
- preliminary tests to determine the technical feasibility
- determination of the capability index (Cg value)
- creation of a test concept
We share our expertise with you
Would you like to train your employees in the field of leak testing? Our experts impart important basic knowledge and organise training courses. An excerpt from our programme:
- training courses on the basics of industrial pressure and leak testing
- teaching the basics of physics and metrology
- definition of a leak
- IP protection classes vs. leak rates
- introduction to the various measurement methods
- feasibility study
Training on your Test System
We can also come to you and train your team on your system. On the occasion of a modernisation, technical changeover or to increase productivity: Our experts impart their knowledge in a clear and practical manner and accompany your employees directly on the test bench. This includes
- training for existing systems
- teaching physical and metrological principles
- practical operation of the test equipment and assistance with questions and uncertainties
- determination of the test parameters
- identification of interference factors and troubleshooting
Calibration and Maintenance of Test Benches and Equipment
CKO provides maintenance and servicing for test benches and systems that you purchase from us.
We carry out maintenance on the mechanics and check the electrical safety (e.g. by means of DGUV-V3 testing) and sensors.
You can also return your test devices and test leaks (also known as test leaks) to us for maintenance and calibration. After the test, you will receive the corresponding certificates for the calibration.
A distinction is made between two different calibration procedures: factory calibration and DAkkS calibration (German Accreditation Body).

The higher-quality calibration in accordance with the DAkkS standard is recognised throughout the EU and in many other countries, based on international and multilateral agreements (ILAC-MRA).
A device with a DAkkS certificate has been calibrated in a laboratory accredited by the DAkkS in accordance with internationally recognised standards. The DAkkS calibration certificate is therefore internationally recognised.
This calibration certificate is internationally recognised and contains detailed information on the traceability of the measurements.
Factory calibration can be carried out by any qualified service provider. It is usually a calibration according to the manufacturer’s specifications or internal requirements. For example, the automotive industry generally requires certification in accordance with IATF 16949, while external calibration service providers who fulfil the requirements profile in accordance with DIN EN ISO 17025 are permitted to issue these certificates.
