CKO is your partner when it comes to efficient test bench solutions that do not yet exist. From the design to the production of individual and complex cavities – e.g. for capped test parts with special ISO standards – as well as high-quality molded gaskets, which we produce in-house exactly according to your specifications. This makes us independent and agile. This means we can react immediately to wear and tear and supply you with additional molded gaskets or make adjustments if the properties of your test parts change.
The special highlight of this semi-automatic CKO leak test stand with rotary indexing table are the four interchangeable cavities for test parts with cables, which can be easily replaced. Ideal for testing several parts on one test stand.
This design is suitable for: Connectors, sensors, test parts with and without cables, plastic injection molded parts, test parts with protection class IP68, cameras, housings with electronics, etc.
