Customised test bench construction for demanding test processes
CKO develops and builds leak test benches and test stations for ergonomic series testing of individual components and end-of-line test benches for you. We integrate these into your production processes and guarantee product testing to the highest quality standards.
As a speciality, we offer you complete test bench solutions that allow different measurements and tests within just one test cycle. In addition to the leak test and strength test of the test part, an electrical-mechanical function test is also carried out. CKO test workstations not only ensure efficient process execution, but also impress with their outstanding ergonomics, ease of maintenance and appearance.
Our workstations made of high-quality aluminium profiles can of course be individually adapted.
CKO’s semi-automatic and fully automatic pressure and leak test benches enable efficient testing of pressure fittings, cooling and air conditioning systems, die-cast and plastic parts, parts and components from the aviation, automotive, medical technology, electronics and sanitary and medical products sectors, for example.
Depending on your individual testing tasks, leak tests can be carried out on our systems using compressed air or tracer gas. You can find an overview of suitable leak testers and various test methods here.

In our projects, we focus on optimising human-machine

The test procedures, parameters and cycles can be easily programmed. The results are stored locally or centrally in databases for individual product-related quality assurance in accordance with DIN/ISO.
The CKO test bench is operated intuitively via touch displays during the test procedure.
Developments and innovations in leak testing
Our service portfolio in the field of pressure and leak testing is constantly evolving in line with the increasing requirements of forward-looking industries and technologies.
Demand from the medical technology sector has increased, not least due to the coronavirus pandemic – for example for testing processes for ventilators or air filters. With the increase in e-mobility, we also offer the planning of test systems for batteries.
